4. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
The goods are delivered to the delivery address you indicated when placing the order and according to the delivery times stated for each type of product and for each geographical area. Delivery times are indicative, depend on product availability and are based on information provided by the courier service. The COMPANY is not responsible for the modification of these times due to late delivery by couriers or force majeure. Deliveries will only be made from Monday to Friday and between the hours of 9.00 am. and 6.00 p.m. by an authorized third party courier on our behalf. We cannot provide specific delivery times. You must ensure that a responsible person is available to accept the delivery as the courier service will require a signature for all deliveries. Products cannot be left with third parties and you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for failed deliveries. If for any reason you fail to accept delivery of any product when it is ready for delivery or we are unable to deliver the product on time because you have not provided the correct delivery address or instructions or no one was there to accept the product at the time notified to you then: (a) the risk in the product will pass to you, (b) the product is deemed to have been delivered and (c) we may store the product until it is delivered, in which case you will be responsible for all associated costs ( including storage and insurance costs).
5. ORDERS
All orders for products are considered an offer by you to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided on the order form is accurate and we are not obliged to accept an order unless all the information requested on the order form is correctly entered. All orders are subject to acceptance by us and this acceptance is confirmed by sending you an email once your order and payment have been successfully received. The contract will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation. We have the right to refuse any of your orders without explanation. You will not be entitled to cancel an order once the order has been accepted by us and the products have already left us.
6. MERCHANDISE AND PRICE

However, we reserve the right to substitute products of similar form. If you receive a replacement product, you have the right to return it within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date if the replaced product is not acceptable to you. 7. PAYMENT
Payment can be made with Visa and MasterCard payment cards, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit cards as well as MasterCard Prepaid. Merchandise will not be shipped until credit/debit card transactions have been authorized and payment has been made. Payment by credit card or PayPal is a completely safe payment method for our customers. COMPANY will never have knowledge of your card or account information. 9. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

Products must be returned to us in the same condition as delivered to you. In the event that your order is returned to us, at POP-AIR Warehouse, Athens, 13th km of Lamia-Athens, Metamorfosi, within thirty (30) days of delivery to you, or you notify us in writing or by e-mail of your desire to cancel your order, the value of the product will be fully refunded and we will process the request within ten (10) days.
