ATTENTION! During the period of national holidays, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders.

Changes

You have the right to change the whole order or part of it within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

Conditions for making changes:

-Product changes are only made after prior communication with the company, on a priority basis and based on stock availability.

-The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it, without the special markings (tags/barcode) removed. For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear and swimwear are not changed.

-Alternatively, you can make your change at a physical POP-AIR store by showing your receipt.

-For Greece, the first change is FREE, via ELTA Courier and general mail. As long as the company has been contacted, we send you the change package and upon receipt of the new package, you return the original one (hand-to-hand) to the distributor.

-The amount of the products you request for exchange must be of the same amount in euros as that of the purchase or of a greater value.

-Discount Coupons do not apply to changes, while the products you have chosen for Change/Order will be received at the listed purchase price of the e-shop at the time of completing the Change/Order.

-When purchasing a discounted product, changes are accepted with a correspondingly discounted product from our collection of equal or greater value, from the same collection.

Note: The service of changes from a purchase made in our store is not available through the eshop. Counties where there are no stores are excluded.

Returns

You have the right to cancel and return the whole order or part of it within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.

Conditions for making a refund:

-Shipping of the returned package is done exclusively through a shipping company with a sender's fee. In the case of sending the package with a recipient's fee, the cost of the transport costs defined by each transport company will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

-Returns are made only after prior communication with the company and on a priority basis.

-The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it, without the special markings (tags/barcode) removed. For hygiene reasons, products such as underwear, jewelry, etc. are not changed.

-In the return package, you must include the receipt.

-In case of return of the clothes without change, the shipping costs are borne by the sender (customer)
